Is my medical information stored securely in RevDoc?
Yes. RevDoc encrypts all medical records at rest and in transit using AES-256 and TLS 1.2+. Our infrastructure is HIPAA-compliant, and access to your records is restricted to authorized providers and staff only.
How do I share my records with my doctor/provider?
You can either upload records yourself if you have the documents, or request records from external providers to your RevDoc provider to be sent by fax.
How does syncing my wearable help me?
By connecting your wearables, it gives you continuous tracking on your heart rate, sleep and activity, giving you a personalized health score and treatment plan with daily goals.
What are the costs?

Why do I have to enter my social security number?
RevDoc requires your SIN for identity verification during the background screening process.
Can RevDoc help me find a supervisor/collaborator if I need one?
Yes, you can request a supervisor. APPs can request a supervisor during registration, or invite an existing supervisor to join the app.
Do I need a supervisor to practice medicine in my state?
It depends on your state's regulations. Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) should verify regional-specific supervision requirements. If required, RevDoc can help you find a supervisor.
Do I need my certification to see patients?
Yes. You must be licensed by your profession’s board in your state. You must upload all relevant certificates and licenses during registration.
What type of Providers can use the RevDoc App?
RevDoc Supports: LMHC, DVPM and more. All providers undergo annual background checks and license verification.
How long does it take to get verified and approved to begin seeing patients?
After you complete registration and pay the background check fee, verification takes up to 72 hours. Once cleared, your Provider Relations Manager (PRM) will approve your start.
What does it cost to start seeing patients on RevDoc?
There is a $75 non-refundable background screening fee (annual requirement). If you want to do in-person house calls, you'll need to purchase the necessary medical equipment for those appointments. Telemedicine-only providers incur no additional startup cost.
How do you check my credentials and background to be a participating RevDoc provider?
RevDoc partners with iProspect Check to complete: Photo ID verification, Diploma and education verification, Medical license and DEA license verification, Criminal and sex offender checks, and FACIS Level III screening
How do I become a Provider on the RevDoc App?
Download the RevDoc App from the App Store and begin the registration process. After registering, pay a $75 fee for your background check. Complete your profile, and once your credentials are verified and the background check is cleared (typically within 72 hours), you’ll be approved to start seeing patients.
What if I already have an EMR / operating tool to manage my patients and practice?
RevDoc is not exclusive — you can use RevDoc in conjunction with your existing systems. However, RevDoc can only be used for patients that are also using the platform.
