It depends on your state's regulations. Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) should verify regional-specific supervision requirements. If required, RevDoc can help you find a supervisor.

Does RevDoc have a facility that I can use to practice?
RevDoc does not currently have a facility available for providers, however our goal will be to one day open one.
How do I become a Provider on the RevDoc App?
You can access RevDoc from anywhere by visiting provider.revdoc.com or through the mobile app. You will then need to register and complete the full registration process, submit the $75 background screening fee, and finish setting up your provider profile. Once your credentials and background check are verified (typically within 72 hours), you’ll be approved to begin seeing patients.
How do I market my practice through RevDoc?
RevDoc has an in-house marketing team that can support you in marketing your practice both within RevDoc and externally to attract more patients.
How does RevDoc verify provider credentials and background information?
RevDoc partners with iProspect Check to complete comprehensive provider screening, including: Photo ID verification Education and diploma verification Medical and DEA license verification Criminal background and sex offender checks FACIS Level III screening All providers must successfully complete these checks before being approved to see patients.
How long does it take to get verified and approved to begin seeing patients?
Once you complete registration and submit the background check fee, verification is typically completed within 72 hours. After clearance, your Provider Relations Manager (PRM) will finalize your approval so you can begin seeing patients.
Is there a fee to sign up for the platform?
No fee to sign up — getting started is completely free.
Is my data secure?
Yes. RevDoc uses advanced encryption to protect your privacy and help safeguard your personal and health information.
Is my medical information stored securely in RevDoc?
Yes. RevDoc encrypts all medical records at rest and in transit using AES-256 and TLS 1.2+. Our infrastructure is HIPAA-compliant, and access to your records is restricted to authorized providers and staff only.
Who can view my health records in RevDoc?
Only you and the care team members you've authorized can access your records. RevDoc maintains a full audit log of every view and edit, so you can always see who accessed your information and when.
