RevDoc represents AK’s fifth startup, underscoring his proven track record as a builder, operator, and innovator. As one of the most successful healthcare entrepreneurs in the industry, he previously founded and scaled a high-growth healthcare technology company that was recognized as the 23rd fastest-growing company in the world, culminating in a successful strategic exit.
 Prior to becoming an entrepreneur, AK held senior technology leadership roles at WellCare Health Plans and WellPoint, where he led large-scale initiatives focused on healthcare operations, compliance, and digital transformation.

Salome is a senior financial and operations executive with more than 25 years of experience leading high-growth organizations. She has a strong track record of developing and executing growth strategies that drive measurable business results while building the financial and operational infrastructure needed to support scale. Throughout her career, Salome has led cross-functional teams, optimized operations, and guided multiple mergers and acquisitions, overseeing everything from due diligence through post-acquisition integration. Her expertise spans technology, SaaS, and healthcare IT, where she has helped organizations navigate recurring revenue models, improve operational performance, and achieve sustainable growth. Prior to joining RevDoc, Salome served as Chief Financial Officer for several healthcare IT companies, partnering closely with executive leadership teams and boards of directors. In these roles, she strengthened financial discipline, enhanced operational efficiency, and positioned companies for long-term success. At RevDoc, she continues to apply her strategic vision, financial expertise, and hands-on leadership to support growth and innovation.

Dr. Andres Santayana is a board-certified Family Medicine physician with diverse experience spanning academic medicine, hospital medicine, and outpatient primary care. As Chief Medical Officer for RevDoc, he leads clinical development strategy at the executive level, shaping how technology-enabled care reaches patients. He completed his residency at Bayfront Health Family Medicine Residency in St. Petersburg, where he was selected as Chief Resident and later returned as Assistant Director, serving as a faculty teaching attending. Throughout his career, Dr. Santayana has held progressive leadership roles in quality improvement, curriculum development, and institutional governance. He co-founded and helped launch a private, physician-owned medical group before joining RevDoc. Clinically, he practices broad-spectrum Family Medicine with a focus on preventive care, chronic disease management, and value-based medicine, while incorporating longevity and wellness into many aspects of care. He has built his practice around prevention, early intervention, and the kind of steady, relationship-based care that keeps people healthy over the long term. His guiding principle is empowering patients to take an active role in their own health.

John M. Sheehan is a healthcare executive with more than 30 years of leadership experience in behavioral health, hospital operations, telehealth, population health, and healthcare innovation. As Chief Strategy & Business Development Officer for RevDoc, he leads strategic partnerships, business development, and growth initiatives focused on transforming healthcare delivery through technology-enabled care models. John has served as Chief Executive Officer of multiple healthcare organizations, including Mind Springs Health and West Springs Hospital, Harbor Behavioral Health, and Lighthouse Telehealth. He has guided organizations through significant growth, operational transformation, and clinical integration across hospitals, community mental health systems, physician networks, and virtual care platforms. His expertise spans value-based care, behavioral health integration, rural healthcare transformation, care coordination, and healthcare technology innovation. John is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE) and is Six Sigma certified.

Marc S. Ryan is a healthcare technology leader, investor, policy expert, and former health plan executive. He advises healthcare investment firms, policy research organizations, and technology companies. At RevDoc, he serves as Executive Advisor and Compliance and Policy Officer. Marc has held executive roles across multiple health plans, spanning operations, compliance, and business development. He was a founding executive at MHK, serving as President and long-time Chief Strategy and Compliance Officer. He also co-founded Lilac Software, a data analytics firm for payers and providers. He is the author of The Healthcare Labyrinth and hosts a blog and podcast at healthcarelabyrinth.com. Earlier in his career, Marc served as Connecticut's Secretary of the Office of Policy and Management and State Budget Director from 1998 to 2005.

Isaac leads Software Engineering at RevDoc, overseeing the development of the technology that powers the company’s healthcare platform. Since joining as a founding engineer, he has played a key role in building and scaling RevDoc’s products, infrastructure, and engineering teams. With a background in software engineering, web applications, and mobile development, Isaac brings extensive experience designing and delivering high performance technology solutions. His expertise spans platform architecture, user experience, and engineering leadership, helping transform complex healthcare challenges into simple, accessible digital experiences. Passionate about innovation and technology, Isaac is focused on building secure, scalable, and intuitive solutions that improve how people access, understand, and manage their health.
